Important information regarding the Spangle Training Facility:
Spangle provides training and certification in Loader, Dozer and Excavator only.
Training courses will now operate on a 4-day, 10-hour training schedule consistent with Ellensburg (Monday through Thursday) and will remain open Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
If you would like to train in Spangle, sign up for access to this website if you are a Local 302 Journeyman or Apprentice. You can then go to the On-Line Training Request Form and schedule your training. Journeymen must be current with dues and have over 500 hours on the books. Only classes that are available will show up.
Students who live over 80 miles from Spangle will now be able to stay at a hotel paid for by the training center.
Spangle has six new pieces of equipment (2 loaders, 2 dozers and 2 excavators).
The deadline for all new applications is December 31st of each year. We only take new apprentices once a year. New applicants - please read the details under the Apprenticeship Application Process tab.
