All applications will be reviewed by our Administrator and staff in early February of each year. We will invite most applicants to come to the Spangle facility for try-outs. Try-outs will begin in March and will last 1–2 days. Applicants that rank in the top 16 - 20 during try-outs will be invited back for Entry-Level Training. Entry-Level Training will start mid to the end of April for approximately four to eight weeks - each year is different. (You will not be paid during training). After the initial training period, you will be added to the Apprentice Out-of-Work list. We cannot guarantee immediate work as it is cyclical and depends solely on demand.
